Transition: Years 6 - 7
The process, procedures and timelines for the transition of students from the primary to the secondary sector are jointly managed by the Eastern Metroplitan Region schools and the Regional Office. Support and advice is provided to schools and parents in relation to all issues associated with the Year 6-7 transition process. For advice please contact personnel listed at the top of this page.
