Schools that provide an effective performance and development culture for their staff, create a more enriching and supportive environment and better outcomes for students. It is expected that every government school will develop a performance and development culture by the end of 2008.
EMR provides support for schools seeking accreditation through its reference schools. The reference schools will provide leadership, information and strategies for implementing a performance and development culture.
